Packages and Promotion Policy
At the Verve Lounge, the packages and promotions we put together are for the long-time clients that have had more than three treatments with us. That is why when you come to us for the first time we offer you our customised Vibrant Skin Spa Facial if you’re looking for a relaxing facial experience. Then we recommend advanced treatments to better your skin.
Now, we are just Beauty/Skin Therapists that are here to analyse your skin and to give you recommendations for what would be the best treatment plan for your concerns. We have a strict policy amongst staff to never force sell a product or treatment plan to a client, but just to educate them and if the client likes they can purchase it. Our #1 priority is that our clients are getting what is best for their skin because, in the end, it is for our clients, not us.
For all our packages and treatments that are pre-paid, the Terms and Conditions are the same; our T’s & C’s include:
- All payments on packages and promotional items are non-refundable.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promotions.
- Existing appointments cannot be changed to promotions.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cancellations for all appointments, whether prepaid or not, must be made 24 hours before the treatment day/time. If you make a cancellation on the day of your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee (fee will depend on treatment and time before the appointment).
We have had some people take advantage of the business because we have always been lenient towards our clients when it came to promotions and packages. But it’s important for everyone to know what our policy is here at The Verve Lounge
